GradeGenius provides an AI-powered educational platform designed to help students prepare for UK 11+ entrance exams and GCSEs. Our services include:

  • Personalised practice questions and quizzes
  • AI-powered explanations and feedback
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Exam simulation and timed practice papers
  • Study plans and recommendations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

For users under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must create and supervise the account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

GradeGenius offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide valid payment information through our secure payment processor (Stripe)

Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. Contact our support team to request a refund within this period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. AI-Generated Content

GradeGenius uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content, including questions, explanations, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may occasionally contain errors
  • The Service should supplement, not replace, traditional teaching and learning
  • We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfection

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradeGenius Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Exam results or educational outcomes
  • Interruption of service or loss of access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
